Case

Our client faced bad press as some employees publicly complained about poor working conditions, unsustainably irregular hours, and a lack of appreciation from management. This led to high levels of sick leave and unsustainable employee turnover. After a profound employee survey by our coaches, it was clear that a strong organizational development was needed here. Managers from plant management to shift supervisors had to learn an appreciative leadership and communication style.

A culture based on a positive view of people was to be created, in which a massively improved cooperation between production, production planning and personnel scheduling was possible.

After 18 months, we surveyed the employees again: 8 out of 10 departments were significantly more satisfied with their employer and the working conditions compared to the first survey and fluctuation decreased significantly.
