After the merger of two major players in the financial services industry, our client found himself in the situation of having multiple branches in most locations where they operated. Therefore, many employees and branch managers were facing a very uncertain future. There were 3 scenarios for the people affected: stay in the same city, transfer to a different city, or be dismissed.
