About Us

Ildikó Mueller is a Leadership and Organizational Development expert. Her focus is on helping organizations deliver excellence through people. During her career, she worked with leaders of numerous international organizations in Europe, North America, and Asia. She worked as a coach at IMD International in Lausanne and regularly teaches Leadership and Change topics at the Management School St. Gallen (MSSG).
In her last corporate role at Lonza Group she held the position of Head of Corporate Leadership Development working directly for the CEOs Sergio Marchionne and his successor Markus Gemuend. Simultaneously, she acted as Head of Human Resources for her organizationís Biotech business.

Ildikó’s special interest lies in the areas of coaching, team building and enabling leaders to hone their self-awareness and enhance their effectiveness and communication skills. As an executive coach, she accompanied and developed leaders from department head to C-suite positions.

She strongly believes that high levels of employee satisfaction result in high levels of customer satisfaction and ultimately both lead to a high added value. Therefore, her greatest passion lies in guiding organizations to transition to a culture of joyful leadership and collaboration.

In 2003, Ildikó started her own business and has since worked with a variety of organizations. Her industrial focus lies in Automotive, Biotechnology, Financial Services, Food, IT, Logistics, Packaging, Pharma and Retail. Her clients range from mid-sized family-owned businesses to large global organizations.

Ildikó is a Certified Administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She recently published an e-book on constructive conflict resolution with her co-author Eia Escher which is available in German language at Bookboon.com.

Ildikó studied architecture at ETH in Zurich. She is trilingual in German, English, and Hungarian and fluent in French. She is of Hungarian origin and was born and raised in Switzerland.

Sandrina Rempfler Yu is a “bridge builder” and entrepreneur at heart. She empowers people and companies to grow and transform for sustainable success. Her focus is on Inspiring Leadership and Organizational Development.

Sandrina founded and managed a variety of companies in Myanmar (Southeast Asia) ranging from innovative restaurants that served as intercultural meeting points to an interior design and construction company. Staying agile and building talented people into an engaged and capable team was a key to success in leading up to 100 employees despite the difficult political circumstances.

In addition, Sandrina led the Business Unit of a Swiss foundation and developed strategic business ideas and products, conducting vocational trainings aimed to empower the people to gain sustainable incomes. The Business Unit is still operating today.

After 11 years Sandrina returned to Europe and is still connected to Myanmar and involved in projects for development, courage and peace. Sandrina also gained experience in the corporate world as an international buyer for Micasa (Migros). Her entrepreneurship and negotiating skills were highly appreciated and she worked mainly with India, Italy, Belgium, and China. In 2013, Sandrina founded her own business as a certified Business Coach EAC and Consultant and has since worked with a variety of family-owned businesses and organizations. Her focus is on Change through Inspiring Leadership, on upskilling people’s competences and on creating a conscious and meaningful workplace, that serves the future.

As a certified Hotel Management and Marketing specialist, her knowhow of equally bridging the needs of the customers, the company and the employees has become a very valuable asset. Sandrina is a lecturer in Appreciative Communication with Solution Focus at APAmed in Jona, a Swiss professional school for studies in the field of health and psychology.

Born and raised in Switzerland, yet living more than half of her life abroad, she learnt to effectively work with diverse cultures. Sandrina is fluent in English and French, conversational level in Burmese and Italian. She lives with her family at Lake Constance, near Bregenz.

Eia Escher’s expertise includes Health & Movement and Positive Leadership. She considers work and health as complementary sides of life. She supports people in the workplace and in their private lives, to meet challenges with an attitude of powerful and balanced self-leadership between demands of life and one’s own strength. She considers values as the invisible tissue that connects people and helps them to be fit for their purpose.

In 2008 she founded her own institute for health and physical therapy, where she specialized on rehabilitation after surgery and shoulder treatments. She was educated in Mental Coaching, Leadership & Management and Positive Psychology. She completed an education in the USA for burnout prevention and treatment complemented by meditation. She created her own course to share her knowledge with her patients. As a teamplayer, her heart beats for mutually supportive teams, equity, and inclusion.

She published the book “4 Märchen über Positive Leadership” and co-authored “Positive Psychologie in Unternehmen”. “Die Stimme des Violin – Wege zur kreativen Konfliktlösung” will be released in the fall of 2023, this book was written together with Ildikó Mueller.

In 2017 she founded her coaching company. She is a firm believer that teamwork is a supportive and evolutionary opportunity in life.
Her languages are German in mother tongue, English, Italian and French.

…she greets her guests on the breakfast deck of her small luxury hotel in the lagoon of her own island in the Bahamas…! A dream that did not die in fulfillment.

Adriana Schellenbaum is at home in Sales & Marketing and graduated as one of the best of the class. She understands how to sense the client’s needs and sell turnkey customized solutions.

Other strengths of Adriana Schellenbaum include planning and organizing. In her work as managing director of the Ballet Shop Zurich, she had to set priorities, work out solutions in difficult situations, managing the staff involved and focusing on a profitable solution. Coming from the former CSSR, she speaks – besides German, English, French and Italian – Slovakian.

She acquired her analytical thinking skills during her initial commercial training in software development. In her function as the right hand of the leading professor for Risk Management at ETH, she was responsible for budgeting, planning and reporting of a 2.5 million budget. One of her other responsibilities at ETH was to attend meetings as a sparring partner and ensure that presentations by graduate students were understandable to non-experts.

In the course of her career she had completed some training, a trainee program in the hospitality sector in St. Moritz and Stein am Rhein and at the Steigenberger Group in the field service sector with regular training courses lasting several days. Her hosting qualities and event organization from the host’s point of view stem from this time.
