Ildikó Mueller is a Leadership and Organizational Development expert. Her focus is on helping organizations deliver excellence through people. During her career, she worked with leaders of numerous international organizations in Europe, North America, and Asia. She worked as a coach at IMD International in Lausanne and regularly teaches Leadership and Change topics at the Management School St. Gallen (MSSG).
In her last corporate role at Lonza Group she held the position of Head of Corporate Leadership Development working directly for the CEOs Sergio Marchionne and his successor Markus Gemuend. Simultaneously, she acted as Head of Human Resources for her organizationís Biotech business.
Ildikó’s special interest lies in the areas of coaching, team building and enabling leaders to hone their self-awareness and enhance their effectiveness and communication skills. As an executive coach, she accompanied and developed leaders from department head to C-suite positions.
She strongly believes that high levels of employee satisfaction result in high levels of customer satisfaction and ultimately both lead to a high added value. Therefore, her greatest passion lies in guiding organizations to transition to a culture of joyful leadership and collaboration.
In 2003, Ildikó started her own business and has since worked with a variety of organizations. Her industrial focus lies in Automotive, Biotechnology, Financial Services, Food, IT, Logistics, Packaging, Pharma and Retail. Her clients range from mid-sized family-owned businesses to large global organizations.
Ildikó is a Certified Administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She recently published an e-book on constructive conflict resolution with her co-author Eia Escher which is available in German language at Bookboon.com.
Ildikó studied architecture at ETH in Zurich. She is trilingual in German, English, and Hungarian and fluent in French. She is of Hungarian origin and was born and raised in Switzerland.
