This interactive online program for female physicians will start at the beginning of 2024 and is primarily aimed at female physicians employed in hospitals and hospital specialists.
It consists of 5 modules of 150 minutes each spread over a period of 6 months. The maximum number of participants is 24, supported by 3 coaches. The program includes the following topics:
- Elevator pitch: putting yourself in the right light briefly and concisely
- Clearly formulating professional and private goals
- Work-life balance: Burn or burn-out?
- Detachment through solution-oriented, appreciative communication
- Assertiveness and dealing with competition
